OH JOY Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and specialized nature of our automotive parts, apparel, and 3D-printed products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at contactus@ohjoy.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund for verified damaged or defective items.

What We Do Not Accept

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect fitment (please verify compatibility before ordering)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Installation errors or damage during installation
  • Items used, modified, or installed
